1. Who we are

IvoryFX is an editing-assistant project in development. This policy describes the current IvoryFX website, including its interactive product preview. You can reach the website operator at [email protected].

The website currently has no account registration, checkout, footage upload, or live AI processing. A released plugin or any future service that handles additional information will need its own applicable disclosures before use.

2. Information we use

• Website requests. Our hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, requested pages, request times, and browser or device information.
• Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and loading performance. Reports include pages viewed, referring websites, country, browser and device type, and performance measurements. Demo prompts are not sent to the analytics service.
• Emails you choose to send. If you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any attachments you include.
• Demo input. Text typed into the sample assistant is handled in the page in your browser. The website does not send that text to our server or an AI provider, or save it in local storage. Reloading the page resets the demo.
• Your motion preference. If you change the website’s motion setting, the site stores that choice in your browser so it can remember it on later visits.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, confidential footage, or other sensitive information in a demo prompt or an email inquiry.

3. Cookies & local storage

IvoryFX does not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to measure visits, fingerprint individuals, or track visitors across customers’ websites. Fonts and sample images are served as part of the site.

The motion preference is stored under ivoryfx-design-b-motion only when you choose a motion setting. It is a browser preference, not an advertising identifier, and the website does not transmit it to us. It remains until you change it, clear the site’s browser data, or your browser removes it.

Hosting and security services may process request information to operate and protect the website. Their handling of that information is explained in the provider information below. If the site adds advertising or other optional tracking in the future, we will update this policy and provide any required choices before enabling it.

4. Why we use information

Technical request information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against abuse. Website analytics helps us understand which pages are useful and improve loading performance. Information in an email helps us respond to your question and maintain relevant correspondence. The stored motion choice makes the website behave the way you selected.

Where a legal basis is required, operating, securing, and improving this informational website and answering inquiries serve our legitimate interests, subject to the rights and requirements that apply to you. We do not use this website to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

We do not sell personal information or use this website for targeted advertising. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.

5. Service providers

The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles website requests, related delivery and security information, and website analytics. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for details about the analytics service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Our current contact address uses Gmail. Messages sent to that address are processed through Google’s email service. See Google’s privacy policy.

These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies explain their processing locations and applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website or address misuse.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy covers IvoryFX’s website, not those external sites.

6. Retention & security

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to answer the inquiry, address follow-up issues, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the purpose of the exchange, whether an issue is still open, and any legal need to retain it. You can request deletion using the contact address below.

Technical information handled by hosting or email providers is subject to their service settings and retention practices. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for records controlled by those providers.

We use HTTPS to protect information in transit to this website. No website, email service, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices & rights

You can use the website without creating an account or sending an email. You can change the motion setting on the homepage or remove its saved preference by clearing this website’s data in your browser.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests where that right applies. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
