When a release is available, sign in and open Download. The first beta targets macOS with Adobe Premiere 26.5.1 or later and the Creative Cloud desktop app. Check the exact requirements supplied with the release; Windows is not included in this first beta.

1. Download the approved .ccx plugin package.
2. Open it to start installation in the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app. Review the installation prompt and requested permissions.
3. Open Premiere and go to Window → UXP Plugins → IvoryFX Beta.
4. Follow the sign-in instructions in the panel.

The package has been installed and opened in Premiere on our development Mac. Compatibility on every computer is not guaranteed. Follow the release-specific installation notes, and contact support if installation fails.

Use your IvoryFX account email, check your spam folder, and wait a little before requesting another email. Open the latest confirmation or password-reset link. Never send that link or your password to support.

Sign-in and subscription access are separate. Choose Base or Plus from your account when subscriptions open. A release appears only after the service confirms your access and an approved installer is available. Use Check availability again, or contact support if you expected account access.

Billing options appear in your account only when they are available. Review the plan, price, usage allowance, and billing terms in secure checkout before choosing to pay. Base is $14.99 per month. Plus is $24.99 per month with 2.5× the AI allowance and the same guide features. There is no fixed question count or automatic AI overage charge. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Base is $14.99 total per month and Plus is $24.99 total per month. No additional sales tax is added at checkout. Review the total before paying. Signing in does not start a subscription. The initial paid beta is for U.S. customers.

If you return from checkout, use Check account again. Access changes only after the service confirms your account status.

Use My account → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription, and finish the confirmation before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; eligible access continues until the paid period ends. Uninstalling the plugin does not cancel billing.

If the portal is unavailable, email a cancellation request from your account email, or contact [email protected]. Refunds are reviewed individually, with legally required refunds always honored. See Cancellation & refunds for the details.

New replies pause when there is not enough allowance to cover another reply. There are no automatic overage charges. Wait for your next paid monthly renewal or review an available upgrade in your account. Plus has 2.5× the Base allowance, with the same guide features. Unused allowance does not roll over.

The allowance measures AI processing, not a fixed number of prompts. Longer questions, conversation history, and answers can use more. A small amount may remain when the service cannot safely cover the next reply.

Open Settings and choose New conversation to clear its current conversation and begin fresh. Signing out also clears that local history. Clearing chat does not reset subscription usage or request deletion of provider records. See the privacy policy.

Base and Plus use the questions and conversation you send to IvoryFX. This guide release does not read your timeline or sample frames from your footage.

Timeline context and shot feedback are planned for a future release. IvoryFX does not watch your screen, listen to audio, or review continuous video.

IvoryFX explains approaches and gives instructions. You perform the edits in Premiere. It does not cut clips, apply effects, detect clicks, or highlight Premiere controls.

Download new approved versions from your account and follow their installation notes. Keep the current version until the update is verified. These customer pages do not automatically replace your installed panel.

Check your connection, then try again. If your session has expired, sign in with Google or your email and password. When a feature says it isn’t available yet, retrying will not enable it; contact support or wait for the release announcement.
